A 12-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of killing an employee at a fast-food restaurant in Texas, Matthew Davis (32).
Davis was killed Saturday when he got into a fight with Andrew Gomez, 20, in a restaurant parking lot in the town of Keene, about 40 miles southwest of Dallas.
The boy was at the restaurant with Gomez, who caused the incident in the parking lot. Boy went to Gomez’s car, retrieved an assault rifle, and shot Davis several times.
Davis was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The boy used an automatic rifle during the shooting.
Gomez and the boy fled the scene of the tragedy. Gomez later returned and was arrested for a warrant for murder. The boy was found in the nearby town of Rio Vista.
